So Many Options… To Fit Your Lifestyle & Budget
We have several different ways to build your home to fit into a variety of price ranges. The two most common are:
Post and Beam Construction - Whisper Creek Series
Our post and beam models are truly a beautiful and unique way of building that maximize and give additional living space in the loft. This is a more expensive way of building than utilizing a trussed roof, but you do end up with more square footage in the loft. Each of the homes below can be built in either way.

Trussed Roof Construction - Pure Country Series
Our trussed roof homes are often called “Standard Construction”. By utilizing an engineered truss to build your roof, we are able to do it substantially faster and for as much as $60,000 less than the same home built in a post and beam configuration. The main thing you will notice is the loft space available as the trussed roof loft is built out of Attic Trusses and the Post and Beam is a ridge beam and rafter system.
